Vigilant Joins ONVIF - IP open standard organization
"Our membership in the ONVIF demonstrates Vigilant’s commitment for a true end-to-end OCTV platform through the adoption of open standards for IP-enabled security and surveillance devices," stated Ohad Kleinman, Director of product management for Vigilant Technology.
The ONVIF specification defines a common protocol for the exchange of information between network video devices including automatic device discovery, video streaming and intelligence metadata.
